Farrukh Saeed, M.D.
After graduating at the top of his medical school class in 1981, Dr. Saeed completed his medical residency at Cabrini Medical Center in NY and his gastroenterology fellowship at Jamaica Hospital, NY in 1989. Since July 1989, he as devoted himself full-time to his practice in Brandon, FL.
Dr. Saeed specializes in all gastrointestinal problems (e.g. GERD, ulcers, inflammatory bowel disease, liver, pancreatic, & gallbladder disorders, GI cancer diagnostics, etc) and is an expert in the full range of GI procedures (EGD, colonoscopies, ERCP, stents etc).
In addition, he has been active in physician leadership roles for 18 years, including Chief of Staff at Brandon Regional Hospital from 2018-2019.
He is on staff at Brandon Regional Hospital, South Bay Hospital, and Brandon Surgery Center.
Dr. Saeed is an avid long-distance bicyclist. He likes watching football and hockey and enjoys hiking and vacations with his family.
